How do you use it and how does it work?

It's easy to use! The user places the feet in a bath of lukewarm water prepared with salt (to aid the conductivity of the water) and the ion generator (array). Then sit back and relax!

As power is drawn from the control unit, positive and negatively charged ions (atoms or molecules carrying either a positive or negative charge) are produced by the array and ions become present in the water. When the machine is set to positive, the current is directed to the positive pole, which results in the production of more negative ions in the water. Therefore, a positive polarity generates a negative ion flow which raises blood pH from acidic toward alkaline. When the ionic detox unit is set to negative, the current is directed to the negative pole, which results in the production of more positive ions in the water. Negative polarity generates a positive ion flow which, lowers blood pH from alkaline toward acidic.

The electrolytic flow (the flow of electrons) produces a bio-energetic field in the bath, allowing a gentle bio-energetic resonance to travel up the legs and through the body. In a sense, the water in the bath becomes an extension of the liquid in the body.
